So I bought my bank tellers some chocolate....

So I figured since over the entire year I have been bringing in sorted half dollars and hand sorted pennies back to my bank tellers, I would get them a little gift. So while I was running errands i picked them up a box of chocolates. The box is about and inch and a half tall and is in the shape of a Christmas tree. So I had to go to the bank today so I decided to give them their gift, since its the last time I will see them before Christmas. So I walk up to the counter and put the tree up on the counter and say "MERRY CHRISTMAS." The teller looks at me and than looks at the box and says "what did you bring me some half dollars" (Didnt expect that one!! HAHA) So I laugh and say "no its chocolate" She says "no seriously its half dollars isnt it" I say "No I promise its chocolate" So she finally belives me and she says "Aww thank you so much!" Just as she is saying that another tellers walks by and sees the box so she stops and says "What did you find a new way to bring us pennies" I just laugh and say "No I brought you guys some chocolate" I apprently said that a little loud because the other teller and the teller manger come over and ask what I have. I tell them its a box of chocolate and hand them the box. They get all excited becuase it says that theres some carmel ones in the box. They tell me im their favorite customer...even though I bring them in so much coin. I than do what I came to do at the bank and leave.

The thought never ever crossed my mind that they would say something like that. I thought I would get thank you's right away... I guess thats what I get for brining in so much coin

Hope this makes some of you laugh. I got quite the kick out of it...

That's funny! You probably should have gotten them some coin-shaped chocolate pieces to keep them more comfortable!

Those are cool chocolates...Cuauhtemoc, King of the Aztec's, burned at the stake for refusing to tell the Spanish where more Aztec gold was located.

Cuauhtemoc 5 peso coins (your avatar) were coined in 1947 and 48...they are also the coin Texas Ranger's have their Lone Star badges handmade from...one of my favorite Mexican coins.
